Monday May 20-Thursday, May 23-ALL REGULAR CLASSES WILL BE HELD AT WRBA 

Saturday, May 25- Tech/Spacing & Dress Rehearsal for all dancers at Lebanon Opera House

  • 9:30am - Call for Level 3,4,5 & Adults. Get settled in dressing rooms. Be ready and on stage for warm up by 10am

  • 10-11 - Warm up on stage with Jackie

  • 11-1 - Full Run through,/tech & spacing of Paquita

  • 1-4 - Lunch for Paquita dancers
     

  • 12:30 - Call for Primary A/B/C, Level 1A, 1B & 2A. Settle in to dressing rooms and be on stage in warm ups by 1:00

  • 1-1:30 - Warm up for all Carnival dancers on stage with Jen 

  • 1:30-3 - Full run through/tech & spacing of Carnival

  • 3-4 -  Late lunch for Carnival dancers. Please bring your own lunch

  • 3-4 - Break for staff
     

  • 4:15-6 - Full Dress Rehearsal staring with Carnival then Paquita

  • 6-6:30 - Notes for Carnival

  • 6:30 - Carnival dancers dismissed

  • 6:30-7:30 - Notes for Paquita

  • 7:30 - Paquita dancers dismissed

Performance Day - Sunday, May 26 at LOH

  • 9:30am - Call for Level 3,4,5 & Adults. Get settled in dressing rooms. Be ready and on stage for warm up by 10am

  • 10-11 - Warm up on stage with Jackie

  • 11-11:30 - Last minute notes and any run throughs

  • 11:00 - Call for Primary A/B/C, 1A, 1B & 2A. Settle into dressing rooms and be ready to warm up on stage by 11:30

  • 11:30-12 - Warm up for Carnival dancers

  • 12-12:30 - Last minute notes for Carnival dancers

  • 11:30-12:30 - Lunch for Paquita dancers. Potluck provided

  • 12:30-1:30 - Hair & makeup for Paquita dancers

  • 12:30-1 - Lunch for Carnival dancers. Potluck provided

  • 1-2 - Hair & make up for Carnival dancers

  • 2-2:30 - Stage open for dancers preparations

  • 2:30-3:30 - 1st SHOW!

  • 3:30- Return all costumes to dressing rooms

  • 3:45-5:15 - Dinner break for all dancers. Parents are allowed to take kids out of theatre for dinner.

  • 5:15-6 - Call & hair & makeup touch ups and stage open for dancers to warm up

  • 6-6:30 - Stage open for dancers preparation

  • 6:30-7:30 - 2nd SHOW! 

  • 7:30 - Return all costumes to dressing rooms and clean up

  • 7:45 - Reception in lobby
